At EzCare ABA, we're committed to providing compassionate autism therapy across Virginia, empowering children with autism to gain confidence and develop the skills they need to live independent, fulfilling lives. We're seeking a dedicated and caring Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking RBT) to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child in the Midlothian area on a consistent after-school schedule. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and document data on client progress.

Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Requirements:
