The 'flexible' aspect means they can work with various types of machines and adapt to different sewing tasks as needed. Their duties may include reading patterns, maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and switching between different sewing projects. These operators must have attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
