Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, Seismic platform knowledge, and a strong foundation in data analytics. The ideal candidate will understand how Seismic supports the sales enablement ecosystem and how LiveDocs automates personalized content generation using templates, business rules, CRM data, and dynamic content. This role will focus on Salesforce administration, data quality and governance, analytics, data mapping, and identifying opportunities to leverage data strategically to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer Salesforce using declarative tools and support application and production environments.
• Manage Salesforce data hygiene, quality, and governance initiatives.
• Contribute to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives and promote Salesforce data management best practices.
• Analyze business and technology requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Apply systems analysis methodologies including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
• Support and analyze the Seismic platform within the sales enablement ecosystem.
• Apply knowledge of CRM and sales processes, including lead-to-opportunity, account hierarchies, pipeline stages, and opportunity data structures.
• Support and analyze LiveDocs functionality, including templates, business rules, CRM data, and dynamic content used to generate personalized customer-facing documents.
• Analyze large datasets and follow data flows to understand complex data relationships.
• Identify data quality issues and design solutions using Salesforce features such as duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation.
• Define and implement Salesforce data hygiene metrics, standards, and monitoring processes.
• Partner with business and technology leadership to define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify behavioral, process, system, or integration factors contributing to poor data quality.
• Assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts across enterprise data ecosystems.
• Work with ETL processes, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
• Export, cleanse, validate, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze structured and semi-structured data, including JSON files and other large datasets.
• Communicate analytical findings and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain solution designs, knowledge base articles, step-by-step user guides, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, technology partners, and leadership to resolve data and system issues.
• Prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of application or production support experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience applying systems analysis methodologies, including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, data quality, and governance.
• Experience with Salesforce data hygiene initiatives and data management best practices.
• Experience with the Seismic platform.
• Understanding of CRM and sales processes, including lead-to-opportunity, account hierarchies, pipeline stages, and opportunity data structures.
• Understanding of Seismic LiveDocs functionality.
• Strong data analytics experience, including analyzing large datasets and complex data relationships.
• Experience identifying and resolving Salesforce data quality issues using duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation.
• Experience defining data ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
• Strong root cause analysis and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience with SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data, including JSON.
• Understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification.
• Experience with enterprise ETL processes, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
• Experience contributing to enterprise-scale Salesforce data governance and data quality programs.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and continuous learning mindset.
