Screen Print Press Operator (Full-Time)
Spot ON Screen Printing and Awards Lititz, PA
Spot ON Screen Printing and Awards is a growing, family-owned company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and awards production. We are currently seeking a full-time Press Operator to join our apparel screen printing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, efficient, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, expanding operation. Experience with ROQ or M&R automatic presses is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review work orders to understand design placement, specifications, and color requirements
  • Obtain supervisor approval prior to production runs
  • Set up and rip out press jobs
  • Operate automatic press while maintaining optimal production speed and print quality
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper registration and color consistency
  • Troubleshoot issues during production and collaborate with supervisors to resolve them
  • Ensure finished products meet customer expectations and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of press, workstation, and surrounding areas
  • Assist in maintaining overall shop cleanliness and organization
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating an automatic screen printing press
  • Hands-on experience with ROQ or M&R automatic presses
  • Strong attention to detail throughout all stages of production
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities

Schedule & Work Hours
  • Standard hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons
  • Occasional Saturday shifts during summer and fall
  • Expected workload:
    • WinterSpring: ~40 hours/week

    • SummerFall: 4060 hours/week
