Job description

About Company:

For Over 45 Years

Rentex has been a trusted provider of AV rental equipment for production companies, in-house AV teams, and event professionals nationwide. Founded in 1980 with a focus on reliable rentals and exceptional service, Rentex has grown into one of the industry’s leading subrental companies. We support live events, meetings, corporate shows, hotel AV setups, and more with 13 warehouses, same-day delivery, 24/7 technical support, and one of the largest AV inventories in the U.S. — helping clients deliver flawless shows and presentations coast to coast.

Our commitment to quality is unmatched. Every piece of equipment that comes through Rentex undergoes an extensive, industry-leading quality control (QC) process:

  • Rigorous inspections of all equipment to guarantee top performance.
  • Detailed diagnostics after every rental, ensuring everything is fully functional for the next use.
  • Meticulous maintenance before and after each rental.
  • Thorough testing after every return to ensure gear is in perfect working order.

With warehouses strategically located across the country, Rentex provides fast, reliable service for productions of any size. Our dedicated logistics team ensures your rental gear arrives on time and ready to perform:

  • Coast-to-coast coverage with strategically placed facilities.
  • Capable of fulfilling large-scale production orders or smaller, specialized events.
  • Timely, hassle-free delivery with flexible scheduling options.
  • Packed to ensure delivery in working condition.

At Rentex, the success of your event or production depends on having the right support at the right time. That’s why we offer 24/7 sales and technical assistance:

  • Pre-rental consultations with one of our Account Managers to help you order what you need and ensure it gets there when you need it.
  • Technical troubleshooting during your event or production to minimize downtime.
  • On-demand support for any issue, big or small, at any hour.

Unlike other companies that may compete with your business, Rentex is fully dedicated to being a partner in your success:

  • We don’t do shows—we focus exclusively on providing AV rental solutions for professionals.
  • Top-notch equipment backed by industry expertise.
  • A commitment to supporting your events and productions without competing with your business.

At Rentex, cost is important—but reliability and quality matter just as much:

  • Premium, well-maintained equipment ready to perform at its best.
  • Competitive rates without compromising performance.
  • Peace of mind knowing your AV solutions meet the highest standards.
