• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in appropriate methodologies.

• Experience in both individual and group therapy environments, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations and understanding of culturally competent care practices.
• A background in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services is an asset.
