You will be working primarily with a diverse client base that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our client-focused approach emphasizes understanding each personโ€™s unique context, with a commitment to respecting their journey and fostering an inclusive environment. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as substance abuse, family therapy, or trauma recovery, depending on your interests and expertise.

  • At least two years of experience providing counseling services, particularly in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software tools, aiding in effective client management and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment and engage with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in trauma, substance abuse treatment, or couples counseling is highly desirable and will be considered during the selection process.
