What is a flexible ramp agent?

Flexible Ramp Agents are airport ground crew members responsible for handling various tasks on the airport ramp, such as loading and unloading baggage, guiding aircraft to and from gates, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The 'flexible' aspect of the role means they may work varying shifts or be assigned to different tasks depending on operational needs.
