Overview

Role

We need a dedicated, full-stack software engineer for long term employment to continue integration and automation of our marketing, administrative, and clinical workflow systems. Being a key element in expansion of our medical center, you will have the opportunity for continuous professional growth as you scale our operational systems.

Responsibilities

  • System Integration: continuous monitoring, optimization, and further development of connections across our digital system: marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta), online presence (Unbounce, WordPress, Acuity), administrative infrastructure (RingCentral, MEDENT), and clinical tracks (VBA, Python, JavaScript).
  • Workflow Automation: manage, and propagation of workflow automations across the above structures using Zapier integrations, custom webhooks, and direct coding.
  • Marketing Operations: constant analysis and aggressive scaling of our digital marketing campaigns, including offline conversion tracking pipelines utilizing Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics 4 Data Integration, and Google Sheets.
  • Security & Compliance: following HIPAA regulations and industry-leading data security standards.

Requirements

  • Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Development: strong coding skills focused on handling and manipulating API endpoints, with a preference for fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
  • API: expertise utilizing RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth protocols.
  • Zapier: capability of building far beyond basic templates by utilizing webhooks, data formatting, and custom code modules directly within Zaps.
  • Marketing: proven ability in the technical side of digital marketing, particularly in setting offline conversion tracking and data upload systems.
