First Shift Maintenance Technicianย 

ATEK Metal Technologies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and facility infrastructure. This hands-on position plays a vital role in keeping our equipment and systems running efficiently and safely.

Weโ€™re looking for a proactive, safety-minded problem-solver with strong technical ability and a passion for maintaining world-class manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines and facility systems.
  • Lead and perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced technical training preferred.
  • Priorย experience in manufacturing maintenance.ย 
  • Proven ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and material handling equipment.
  • Must pass ATEK Functional Job Analysis and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
