Ranch Cordova, CA / Sacramento, CA (50% Remote - 50% Onsite)


Candidates must be willing to pick-up a client issued laptop in person from the closest client facility….Any expenses incurred for this would be reimbursed.


Description:
Seeking a Power BI developer to support our customer’s facility business users in Rancho Cordova, CA, which currently runs reporting off Access + Power BI. In addition, this role will also build Power BI reports to support our customer’s Microsoft Fabric implementation.  This is a hybrid contract role requiring government/defense-adjacent nature of the site.


Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and extend Power BI reports and datasets supporting on-site business users in the Sacramento facility.
Build Power BI reports to support the Fabric implementation project team.
Work within an existing Access + Power BI environment; help modernize and stabilize reporting.
Support manually calculated revenue tracking and manufacturing-floor production tracking.
Collaborate on-site during planning and scheduling periods to align with facility operations.


Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on Power BI development experience (report and dataset build, DAX, data modeling).
Experience with Microsoft Access, ideally paired with Power BI.
Experience in government or defense manufacturing environments.
Experience manually calculating revenue and/or tracking manufacturing production through the shop floor.
Microsoft Fabric experience is a nice to have.
Should have Aerospace and Defense industry manufacturing experience.
