Job description

Digital Marketing Data Analyst — North America

In the role of Digital Marketing Data Analyst in the Global Marketing — Digital Media team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will serve as the data and measurement backbone of our digital media practice — owning reporting infrastructure, designing experiments, and leading advanced measurement initiatives like data clean rooms.

The Team You Will Be Part Of

You will join a high-impact digital media team at SteelSeries covering paid search, paid social, programmatic, and global media operations. The team values data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global stakeholders. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Build and improve performance reporting across channels, including Power BI dashboards that drive decisions
  • Define KPI frameworks and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support data clean room initiatives and incrementality measurement
  • Write SQL queries to develop unified cross-platform performance insights
  • Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and tracking frameworks
  • Translate analysis into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
  • Have a strong background in digital or media analytics
  • Are proficient in SQL and working with data warehouses
  • Have experience building dashboards in BI tools
  • Understand paid media platforms and their data outputs
  • Are comfortable designing and analyzing experiments
  • Can communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

It is beneficial to have experience with data clean rooms, attribution models, or statistical tools like Python or R.
