- Evaluate roofing, foundations, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and interiors.
- Navigate roofs, crawl spaces, attics, and climb ladders safely.
- Produce clear, accurate, and prompt digital inspection reports.
- Communicate safety hazards and material defects clearly to buyers and agents.
- Maintain strict compliance with the Illinois Home Inspector License Act standards.
- Active Illinois Home Inspector License issued by the IDFPR (Required).
- Valid driver's license
