Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lab Packaging Associate to join our fast-paced Hydrocarbon team. The primary responsibility is packaging cannabis concentrates and vape products at a consistent rate of 35 units/hour, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all lab standards. Must also be able to lift up to 35lbs.Key Responsibilities:Package and label cannabis concentrates and vape productsEnsure accurate product counts and loggingFollow SOPs and all compliance protocolsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceMaintain gramming a minimum of 35 units an hourIdeal Candidate Qualities:Strong time management and attention to detailTeam player with clear communication skillsEager to learn and adaptable to changeAble to withstand loud noises and close working quartersPassionate about cannabis and willing to learnReliable and committed to quality workAgent ID preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer:We offer consistent and predictable scheduling, clear opportunities for advancement within our growing team, overtime opportunities as business needs arise, and a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
