At The Exercise Coach, ee help people become stronger, healthier, and more capable through advanced strength technology, personalized coaching, mobility work, and recovery-focused services, all in efficient 20-minute sessions.
This is NOT a traditional gym environment.
Our clients include busy professionals, parents, older adults, and people rebuilding strength after years of inactivity. Many arrive intimidated by exercise. Your role is helping them believe in themselves again.

What You'll Do
As a Coach, you'll become part:
Personal Trainer
Accountability Partner
Health Consultant

Problem Solver
Daily responsibilities include:
Coach clients through our 20-minute strength workouts
Build relationships that increase client motivation and long-term success
Perform fitness assessments and track measurable progress over time
Review strength reports, mobility improvements, body composition, and goals
Educate clients on exercise, recovery, mobility, and healthy habits
Perform or assist with guided stretching sessions, including PNF-based assisted stretching techniques, to improve mobility and movement quality
Conduct consultations and support new client onboarding
Follow up with members to celebrate progress and maintain accountability
Help create an exceptional experience from first session through long-term transformation

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Always Required)
Experience with mobility training, corrective exercise, or assisted stretching (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with PNF stretching techniques is a plusPreferred backgrounds include:
Personal Training Certification
CPR/AED Certification
Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Wellness, or Health Education
Sales experience
Coaching experience
Customer service or healthcare experience
