You will work closely with developers, product engineers, and QA engineers to ensure our APIs, documentation, and code samples are accurate, reliable, accessible, and easy to use. Your work will directly impact how developers learn, adopt, and successfully build solutions with location-aware mapping technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the QA lead to design, build, run, and maintain automated testing frameworks, test cases, and testing tools
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation strategies for developer-facing products
  • Document test results, evaluate coverage, investigate root causes, validate fixes, collaborate with team members to address defects and regressions
  • Utilize modern testing practices and technologies to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency
  • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle to define release testing requirements and quality standards
  • Stay current with emerging software development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
  • Use GitHub workflows, issue tracking, and code reviews to identify opportunities for product and quality improvements

Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience developing software applications or testing frameworks using one or more modern development platforms such as JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, mobile development, or web technologies
  • Prior experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative software development workflows
  • Familiarity with REST services, RESTful APIs, and modern web architectures
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA practices, test planning, and defect management
  • Ability to clearly document technical findings, bugs, test results, and recommendations
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities
