About the Opportunity

We are building a new local delivery network and are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to become part of our founding team.

This is an opportunity for an eligible adult driver who already has a reliable vehicle and wants consistent access to flexible delivery work. We are starting with a small number of drivers so that our founding drivers receive direct communication, onboarding assistance, and ongoing operational support.

Our team will help drivers understand the delivery operation and provide general guidance on areas and time periods that may have stronger delivery demand.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Complete eligible delivery orders through an applicable delivery platform
• Pick up orders from participating businesses
• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers
• Communicate professionally with customers and businesses
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements
• Follow the applicable delivery platform’s rules and requirements
• Maintain reliable communication with our team
• Maintain the required weekly activity level

You will use your own vehicle and are responsible for your own fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, and other vehicle-related expenses.

Minimum Weekly Commitment

To maintain an active partnership with our delivery network, drivers must complete a minimum of 25 hours of delivery activity per week.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Drivers who anticipate being unable to meet the weekly minimum should communicate with management as early as possible.

Consistently failing to meet the minimum requirement may result in a review of the driver’s partnership status.

Compensation

Under our written service/management agreement, the business charges a 15% service/management fee on eligible delivery-platform earnings as defined in the agreement.

The driver retains 85% of eligible delivery earnings and 100% of eligible tips.

Actual earnings vary based on demand, location, time of day, number of deliveries, tips, incentives, traffic, weather, and hours worked.

No specific hourly or monthly income is guaranteed.

For illustration, if eligible platform earnings total $1,000, the 15% service/management fee would be $150 and $850 would remain for the driver, before the driver’s own taxes and expenses.

$200 Founding Driver Bonus

We are offering a $200 Founding Driver Bonus to our first two qualifying drivers.

The first two qualifying founding drivers who join the network and complete 75 eligible deliveries during a calendar month will receive an additional $200 bonus from us.

Bonus eligibility and payment are subject to the terms of the written agreement.

Onboarding & Support

Founding drivers receive direct support throughout the onboarding process and while participating in the network.

Support may include:

• Initial onboarding assistance
• Setup guidance
• Delivery strategy guidance
• Recommendations regarding potentially high-demand areas
• Recommendations regarding potentially high-demand time periods
• General operational support
• Regular communication with management
• Assistance understanding the service/management arrangement

Our goal is to make the process organized, straightforward, and easy for drivers to understand.

Monthly Earnings Verification

At the end of each month, drivers will provide an appropriate earnings statement or other earnings documentation from the applicable delivery platform.

This documentation is used to accurately calculate the agreed 15% service/management fee and maintain transparent business records.

Drivers will receive a clear breakdown of the calculation.

Applicants must:

• Be an eligible adult under the applicable delivery-platform requirements
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have access to a reliable qualifying vehicle
• Maintain valid auto insurance
• Meet all applicable delivery-platform eligibility requirements
• Have access to a compatible smartphone
• Be dependable and professional
• Communicate reliably with management
• Be available for at least 25 hours per week
