Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School & EIDT
Full-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group
SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000
Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a local school district. This school-based role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' communication, language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic skills in the educational environment. The position provides flexibility, caseload variety, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on students' academic achievement and overall success in the classroom.
Your Role in Action
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
  • Complete timely electronic documentation
  • Work across both structured school environments and play-based early intervention settings

Qualifications
  • Current SLP license
  • Passion for working with children and strong collaboration skills
