Job Overview:
We are seeking an individual to join our team that is looking for a career as a Process Server. We want someone to join our team to help serves papers in Washington, DC and surrounding area. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses involved in court cases or legal proceedings. This role requires a vehicle.

Duties Include:
- Serving legal documents to individuals, businesses & agencies
- Must be available to work 6 to 7 days a week, with a flexible schedule
- Must be available to work some mornings, nights and weekends
- Responsible for coming in to office to pick up papers and sign affidavits
- Ensure that all documents are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete tasks via Mobile App and/or on paper for each delivery
- Communicate professionally with clients and legal professionals (Email & Phone)

Qualifications:
- Must own a reliable vehicle & carry insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- You must have good communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience driving professionally is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (email & phone)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

- Most servers start out at $55K-$65K/year w/o experience
- Raise increase within 3 to 6 months based on good work ethic & reliability
- Eligibility for SPIFs & Bonuses
