About our Agency: I've been a State Farm agent for 20 years, and before that I worked with ADT Home Systems - I've always been passionate about protecting people and helping them feel secure in what matters most. I attended Richland College before transferring to the University of Texas at Dallas and graduating in 1998. I'm going on 25 years married, have three kids, and one furry family member who keeps life fun outside of work.

Our office culture is laid back, but we still have clear goals and expectations. We believe in working hard, being productive, and celebrating wins together because life is short. We keep consistent office hours (9-5, Monday through Friday) and make time to recognize success as a team.
For our team, we offer PTO, health benefits, work-life balance, and license reimbursement. And for sales team members, there's even the opportunity for a three-day weekend when weekly metrics are hit. If you're responsible, motivated, and want to be part of a team that values both performance and enjoying the ride, you'll fit in well here.
