Flex Warehouse Associates are employees who work in warehouses with flexible schedules, often covering multiple shifts or tasks as needed. Their primary responsibilities include receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as picking and packing orders. Flex positions allow workers to choose or adjust their shifts based on availability, making it ideal for those seeking part-time or variable work hours.
