Shift: 3PM - 1:30AM - 4x10's - weekends required
Pay: $20/hr - $22/hr DOE + .75 cent shift differential + $4 - $9 pick incentive
As an Order Selector, you'll operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment- while following all company and regulatory safety standards.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate electric pallet jack ride-along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders
- Perform required pre-use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Use headset-based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code
- Build safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelines
- Manually shrink-wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport
- Use a shrink wrap machine to securely wrap and stabilize completed pallets for transport
- Open boxes and containers as needed to access product
- Label and mark materials with identifying information
- Accurately record product quantities using site-specific systems to maintain inventory accuracy
- Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas
- Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor
- Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating electric pallet jack equipment (ride-along preferred; single and double)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice-directed picking systems)
