Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and drive application modernization and transformation initiatives, providing technical leadership across application support, impact analysis, and targeted break/fix development using Java, microservices, and CI/CD toolchains.
- Own end to end production stability by leading major incident bridges, overseeing proactive monitoring, and managing after hours/weekend support and change release activities through structured shift planning.
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure system enhancements, break/fix items, and maintenance releases are delivered, validated, and deployed on time and with high quality.
- Champion root cause analysis and problem management, driving long term corrective actions rather than short term fixes.
- Leverage deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and full stack development to analyze complex, distributed system issues and guide teams toward scalable, resilient solutions.
- Assess and guide application components for cloud readiness, optimizing architectures for cloud native deployment, CI/CD integration, and modern DevOps practices, with hands on experience supporting cloud development and operations.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Experience in leading transformation programs.
- Should possess strong experience (8 10 years) in architectural processes and tools (Remedy, JIRA and ServiceNow)
- 8 - 10 years of experience in working as lead architect for transformation program.
- 5+ years of experience in managing architecture of key programs and key initiatives.
