Job description

Indotronix is seeking a Lead Java Developer in Pittsburgh, PA, OR Strongsville, OH, for our Direct client

Position Title: Lead Java Developer

Position Location: Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA OR Strongsville, OH

Ability to work remote: No; Hybrid 3 days for now, may come to 5 days

Acceptable time zone(s): CST only

Days of the week: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: CST - 8 am Start

OT: Possibility closer to production

Travel: Possibility of traveling to PA once a quarter

Duration: Contract to hire

Industry background:

A regulated financial institution background is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Led development of data processing solutions leveraging Java and Spring Boot, improving system scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Experience Required:

8-10 years

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping, querying, and managing complex databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server.

• Development & Scripting: Strong coding skills in Java, along with experience in UNIX/Linux environments.

• System Configuration: Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, and UDM (Unified Data Model).

• Integration & Tools: Experience using APIs (REST/SOAP), Autosys/Control-M for scheduling, and tools like JIRA or HP QC ALM.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

•NICE Actimize Modules: Experience with ActOne, Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), Risk Case Manager (RCM), CDD

•Financial Crime & Compliance: Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Trade Surveillance, KYC, and Fraud Detection.

•  Process Analysis: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical, automated solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Thinking: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s required.
