MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center
IMC /Telemetry Unit
**Only considering experienced RNs at this time**
Unit Highlights
This 48-bed unit provides care for a mix of Intermediate Care (IMC) and Medical-Surgical patients. Nurses are cross-trained to manage both populations, including high-acuity patients requiring chronic ventilator management and insulin drips.
The unit is supported by strong leadership and a tenured core group of RNs who foster teamwork, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment. Flexible scheduling options support work-life balance while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications
  • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.

USD $35.00 - USD $56.91 /Hr.
