E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. We are building a highly-advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space system that will fundamentally change the design, economics, manufacturing and service delivery associated with traditional satellite and terrestrial IoT systems.
We're intentional, we're unapologetically curious and we're 100% committed to innovate space-based communications and deliver actionable intelligence that will expand global economies, protect space and our planet and enhance our overall quality of life.
What you will do
  • Design, develop, and deploy automated RF test systems for validating production hardware.
  • Implement and maintain test scripts using Python, LabVIEW, or other relevant scripting languages.
  • Support and improve automated test setups for high-throughput manufacturing environments.
  • Develop test plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards.
  • Analyze RF performance data and provide insights into yield improvements and failure analysis.
  • Interface with design, hardware, and manufacturing teams to support product development and deployment.
  • Ensure calibration and validation of RF test equipment (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs).
  • Optimize test time and maintain test robustness for volume production.
  • Design lab setups for various types of tests and Build racks and other test-rigs as necessary for executing the test plan.
  • Understand system requirements and architecture in depth and formulate detailed test plans to validate the requirements.
  • Automate the test execution including control and configuration of test equipment.
  • Document test results, test coverage and other KPIs and communicate to all stakeholders regularly.
  • Deep-dive into test results and root-cause issues and communicate to the appropriate teams.

What you bring to this role
  • 4+ years of experience in RF test and automation, preferably in a production-level environment.
  • Proficient in test automation scripting using Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment: spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters.
  • Solid understanding of RF fundamentals: impedance matching, S-parameters, gain, linearity, noise figure, etc.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), test data analysis, and documentation tools.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Flexible, responsive, collaborative with an ability to work at a fast-paced startup environment.
