Position Overview

SharpLane Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, employing culturally responsive methodologies.
  • Equip clients with practical tools and coping strategies to foster their mental and emotional resilience.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes in EHR systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Refer clients to additional services or specialists as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotional and psychological challenges, develop insight, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and culturally competent therapeutic practices.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, professional boundaries, and maintaining client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and team-based approaches to mental health.
  • Background in crisis intervention and management.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
