The Flex Life Health Therapist is seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists to join our onsite rehabilitation facility located in Middletown, New Jersey. • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services by managing the therapeutic care process for an assigned caseload in collaboration with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional status and develop individualized care plans focused on patient engagement and achievement of treatment goals.
• Provide or oversee the majority of the patient’s physical therapy interventions throughout the entire continuum of care, whether in the clinic or at patients’ homes, ensuring adherence to the physician’s care plan.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs, utilizing specific techniques designed to improve patients' functional status and to facilitate their recovery.
• Educate patients and their families or caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and the appropriate use of rehabilitation equipment and devices for continued therapy outside of scheduled sessions.
• Prioritize caseloads effectively while determining daily staffing needs and coordinating patient assignments to ensure optimum levels of care.

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Life Health, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from adolescent athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients in post-operative rehabilitation. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that each patient feels supported and understood throughout their recovery journey, creating a positive therapeutic environment that encourages proactive participation in their own healing process.

• A valid and active Physical Therapy License.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong commitment to providing empathetic, patient-focused care.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Prior clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques and rehab technologies is a plus.
