Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Auxiliary Associates. This position is responsible for supporting the production floor through general cleaning, material handling, and assisting Process Technicians with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations across all lines. *This position will be on Night Shift from 6pm-6am on a 4-3-3-4 schedule.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist Process Technicians with day-to-day production needs including changeovers, material prep, and line support.
  • Perform general production area cleaning including sweeping, wiping, and removal of debris to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Empty trash hoppers, remove scrap, and ensure waste is properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Deliver materials, supplies, or tools to production lines as needed.
  • Support facility organization by ensuring all items are properly stored and labeled.
  • Follow FIFO standards and production flow procedures as directed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all auxiliary equipment used on the floor.
  • Work alongside the production team to complete any tasks needed to meet production goals.
  • Assist with any other duties as directed to support production needs.

Qualifications:
  • Must have forklift experience.
  • Must be able to work safely and follow all safety standards and company procedures.
  • Must maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload to meet production goals.
  • Able to walk, stand, bend, and move across production areas for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to understand and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the shift.
