About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers for our Flex Fleet. Our Flex drivers will travel to operations nationwide to provide extra coverage where needed. We cover all travel expenses including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Enjoy consistent work, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to travel and support a variety of operations. Pay
Earn $43 per hour straight time with a guaranteed 50 hour workweek and a $175 weekly per diem while on assignment. Driver's on this account average $115,000 per year.
Schedule
Drivers are out for 5 weeks at a time with one week off in between and average 50 to 60 hours per week. Schedules and start times vary depending on the operation a driver is supporting.
Equipment
Drivers will operate a variety of equipment based on the operation they're supporting. Routes may include no-touch freight, driver-assist deliveries, unloading, or tarping.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
  • Additional qualifications will apply
