Flex & Move Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Sparks, Nevada. As a Physical Therapist at Flex & Move Therapy, you will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, leveraging advanced equipment and technology to deliver custom therapy sessions. Our comfortable and supportive environment encourages teamwork and effective communication among staff members. Full-time hours run Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with opportunities to engage in community-focused initiatives and workshops.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, aligning with each patient’s specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer advanced hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (such as heat, ice, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation) to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Provide education on body mechanics, therapeutic exercises, and preventive measures to foster long-term health and wellness.
• Track and document patients' progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and share insights.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment interventions, outcomes, and progress as part of legal and regulatory requirements.

Our diverse patient population ranges from individuals suffering from acute injuries, post-surgical patients, to those dealing with chronic pain and age-related conditions. Flex & Move Therapy focuses on conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and functional impairments related to balance and gait. We emphasize creating personalized recovery journeys that respect each patient's unique background and health status.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting focusing on diverse physical therapy interventions.
• Proficient in applying a wide array of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to evaluate patient needs and modify treatment approaches accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support effective interactions with patients, families, and the clinical team.

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with a background in specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, or neurology will be highly regarded. Experience with specific populations or conditions will enhance the applicant's standing within our therapeutic team.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and clinical skills. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
