  • Specialized Analytics Tooling: Direct, hands-on proficiency utilizing XKEYSCORE (XKS) and DX frameworks for targeting and data discovery.

  • Targeting Mathematical Analysis: Background applying computational mathematics, qualitative/quantitative methodologies, and complex data modeling for target characterization.

  • Data Visualization: Proven ability to create clear, actionable data visualizations from large, complex operational datasets.

  • Selector Tasking: Experience managing, structuring, and executing selector tasking within enterprise systems.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional experience in data science, target discovery, or intelligence analysis OR Master’s Degree in a related field, PLUS 5+ years of specialized operational data science and targeting experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 11+ years of hands-on technical experience in SIGINT/SIGDEV, or target development with advanced Python analytics in lieu of a degree.

, Desired Skills
  • SIGINT / SIGDEV Operational Background: Candidates with prior SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) or SIGINT analysis experience paired with strong data science capabilities are highly preferred.

  • Specialized Frameworks: Hands-on experience with SWAT / AWST operational toolsets and workflows.
