Work Environment / Physical Demands
  • Fast paced environment, requiring Line Workers to adapt to continuous changes in priorities, volumes, staffing requirements
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an extended period of time
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to do repetitive motions including typing for several hours
  • Walk on concrete floors for extended periods while in the co-packaging facility
  • Ability to work and operate in a non-climate-controlled
