What does a fleet manager do?

As a fleet manager, you are in charge of maximizing efficiency and profitability by managing the vehicles used by your company and the drivers who operate them. Your responsibilities as a fleet manager include all fleet logistics and monitoring all aspects of costs and profits, from vehicle wear to fuel costs.

These skills ensure efficient fleet operations, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
