As a Fleet Manager, you will handle all dispatch responsibilities for your fleet of truck drivers and work closely with PGT customers to ensure the safe and reliable shipment of freight. You are the primary resource for PGT drivers, and you will build close relationships with your drivers to understand their revenue and home time requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently analyze available loads and dispatch drivers appropriately to maximize revenue and support driver goals
  • Effectively coach drivers to achieve company metrics for optimal performance
  • Coordinate with drivers, staff and customers to ensure safe and reliable transportation service
