  • Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, fleet tracking (Samsara), or dispatch in a ground transportation environment preferred
  • Experience training, coaching, or evaluating commercial drivers preferred
  • Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and vehicle inspection requirements
  • Previous commercial aviation or airport ground transportation experience preferred
  • Proven success in a team environment with the ability to motivate team members working toward a common goal
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a safety-first mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This operation runs 7 days a week, including holidays. Shifts may begin as early as 4:00 AM and end as late as 1:30 AM, depending on operational needs and the timing of the final bus return.
