Part-Time | Monday–Friday (3:00 PM–8:00 PM) + Some Saturdays

What You'll Do Leadership & Operations
  • Supervise both Janitorial and Fleet Cleaning operations
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure quality performance
  • Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards
  • Assign daily tasks and help coordinate schedules
  • Communicate professionally with employees, management, and clients
  • Utilize mobile apps and company technology for reporting, scheduling, and operational updates
Cleaning & Facility Maintenance
  • Perform hands-on janitorial and porter duties as needed
  • Clean and restock restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, steam clean, shampoo, and polish floors
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, furniture, equipment, and common areas
  • Perform specialty floor care, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing when required
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas
  • Prepare cleaning solutions according to company procedures
  • Identify maintenance concerns and report them to management
  • Follow all DetailXPerts safety procedures, policies, and client requirements
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, commercial cleaning, or related experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic technology
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Schedule

Part-Time

  • Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation
