Job description

Manufacturing Team Member โ€“ Sauce, 2nd Shift
At Torani, weโ€™re kicking off an exciting new chapter on our journey toward the $1 Billion vision - and weโ€™re looking for passionate team members to join the journey. Weโ€™re building a brand-new, world-class manufacturing operation from the ground up. Weโ€™re introducing new technologies and building the systems that will power Toraniโ€™s next generation of growth. This is your chance to join in day one, be part of something exciting, and help shape the future of how we make and deliver flavor around the world.
Weโ€™re looking for team players who are proactive, collaborative, and always thinking a step ahead. You donโ€™t need to be a sauce expert yet โ€” if youโ€™re eager to learn, solve problems, and speak up with ideas, weโ€™ll teach you the rest.
As a member of our first-ever sauce production team, youโ€™ll get hands-on with everything from bottling and capping to labeling, packing, and palletizing โ€” all in a supportive, fast-moving team environment. If you're ready to grow with our people-first organization and make a real impact, we canโ€™t wait to meet you!
Success Factors (First 12โ€“24 Months)
  • Product Perfectionist: Every day, you set up your workstation, review the production schedule for the day ahead using the HMI (Human Machine Interface), perform quality checks and validations and get to work! You confidently operate and monitor key packaging line equipment such as case packers, shrink sleevers, cooling tunnels, and palletizers to keep production running smoothly. Throughout each shift you make the team better by being a present, productive and considerate team member. Your openness to feedback and desire to improve means you help the team meet important KPIโ€™s and experience continual growth.
  • Safety First: Youโ€™ve maintained a safe, hygienic work environment with zero safety incidents by consistently applying GMPs, allergen management, and sanitation standards. Youโ€™ve demonstrated care for your teammatesโ€™ safety and reinforced safe practices at every step. Each day you perform quality line checks ensuring safe machinery and product for our customers. You safely and effectively operate machinery and equipment โ€“ always remembering to stay attentive to your task at hand. Your movement through the Flavor Factory demonstrates your acute awareness of your surroundings, ensuring your safety and the safety of fellow team members.
  • Communication: Your intimate awareness of what and when communication should occur results in everyone being kept "in the loop" and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner. As you are completing your tasks, you are keeping others on the line in the know so they can be prepared for โ€˜whatโ€™s nextโ€™ and keep the flow of work on track. Is there an issue? You quickly alert the right people to get support and make it right.
  • Continuous Improvement and Sauce Startup: You demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail and are comfortable keeping the pace with production. Your ability to learn quickly, execute tasks with high accuracy, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to pitch in as needed results in great operational efficiency and quality work.
  • Ownership Hero: You arrive at the Flavor Factory ready to participate well with the team because you know that everything we do is better together, and you believe in our shared success. The sense of ownership and accountability you bring to all work activities means the production remains in a constant state of positive motion โ€“you are playing your part with excellence!
What Youโ€™ll Bring:
  • Previous manufacturing and/or technical experience including knowledge of safety procedures and good manufacturing practices preferred
  • Prior experience with sauce production and/or dairy preferred
  • Experience using forklift and/or pallet preferred
  • Able to safely work around food products, which may include common allergens such as dairy
