As the Store Manager's right hand, you'll help keep the store running at its best, coaching the team, driving sales, creating great customer experiences, and keeping day-to-day operations on track. You'll be hands-on, spending plenty of time on the floor alongside your team while also developing your leadership skills and learning what it takes to run a successful retail business. What You'll Bring 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience. Previous supervisory, keyholder, or management experience is preferred.
