Automotive Service Technicians - Heavy-Line Mechanic & Lube Technicians
Briggs Auto Group is growing, and we are adding three technicians to our service team:
  • 1 Experienced Heavy-Line Mechanic
  • 2 Entry-Level Lube Technicians

Experienced Heavy-Line Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced automotive technician who can confidently diagnose and complete major mechanical repairs. This position is designed for a productive technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to be compensated accordingly.
Compensation
Earn up to $50 per flag hour, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and technical ability.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns accurately
  • Perform engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brake, and electrical repairs
  • Complete major component removal, repair, and replacement
  • Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair information
  • Perform thorough inspections and identify needed repairs
  • Complete repairs correctly and efficiently
  • Document all findings, recommendations, and completed work
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work area
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous professional automotive repair experience
  • Experience completing heavy-line or major mechanical repairs

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
