Flag Football Coach

Position Summary:
The Flag Football Coach provides leadership and instruction for the school's flag football team. The coach is responsible for building student-athletes' skills, teamwork, and character while ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop practice plans that emphasize skill-building, teamwork, and game strategy.

  • Supervise games, scrimmages, and tournaments.

  • Teach and model sportsmanship, leadership, and respect.

  • Monitor and enforce player safety, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to rules.

  • Communicate with students, families, and school leadership about schedules, progress, and expectations.

  • Maintain attendance records and manage team logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Coaching or playing experience in football (flag or tackle) preferred.

  • Strong ability to motivate, organize, and lead students.

Compensation:
