Envocore, LLC is an established national leader engaged in the engineering, designing and installation of energy-efficient systems. Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States. 


**Must be willing to travel for work**

Job Summary:

Electrical technicians perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance and retrofitting of existing lighting fixtures. This will start as a local opportunity, then becomes a travel position. Candidates must be open to travel for work following duration of project.

Essential Duties:

  • Primary tasks include retrofitting existing lighting fixtures, installing LED light bar kits, replacing fluorescent and LED lamps, changing socket bars and socket, installing reflectors, installing door kits, and replacing pin or screw in lamps; Type B line voltage LED tubes, new fixtures, troffer/downlight retrofit kits, occupancy controls 
  • Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks involving the use of different hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment used to retrofit, replace and repair lighting fixture;
  • Assists with loading or unloading of trucks and staging material when needed; and
  • Works on elevated platforms including ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts and other mechanized equipment.
  • Installing new fixtures and controls. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. 
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Able to travel for work.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
