Join the ActionLink Installation Team!
The ActionLink Technician Team Leader is a hands-on field professional responsible for leading retail installation, merchandising, and display projects. Combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills, ACTs lead fixture installations, retail resets, display builds, and technology integrations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to support select projects that may involve evening, weekend or overnight travel.Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay rates: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative
  • Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines
  • Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes
  • Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams
  • Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred
  • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution
  • Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation
  • Experience using hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and technology products, including TVs, soundbars, and interactive displays
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to complete project reporting
  • Reliable smartphone with data access and access to a laptop or PC
  • Able to provide and maintain required tools and supplies
Working Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Retail store settings
  • Travel as needed with occasional overnight travel
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate certified lift equipment
