Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Wealth Management & Trading

Location: Naperville, IL
Work Arrangement: 2 days work from Naperville office is mandatory
Experience: 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 5+ years in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Trading environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive Wealth Management and Trading domain expertise to drive business and technology initiatives across front-office, middle-office, and trade processing functions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and technology teams to define requirements, analyze business processes, support strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that enhance trading and wealth management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and define solutions.

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.

  • Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthrough sessions.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.

  • Support initiatives involving:

    • Equity Trading

    • Fixed Income Trading

    • FX Trading

    • Derivatives and Structured Products

    • Portfolio Management

    • Wealth Advisory Platforms

    • Trade Execution and Order Management Systems
