Job description

Job Overview

We are a premier property management firm and handyman, maintenance company firm overseeing nearly 1,000 units, ranging from single-family homes and multi-family apartments as well as commercial storefronts. We are looking for a High-Level maintenance technician - jack-of-all-trades who enjoys a fast-paced environment and variety in their daily work. This role is perfect for someone with a broad mechanical aptitude who can walk into any unit, identify the issue and resolve it professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Trade Maintnenace: Handle a wide variety of service requests including plumbing, electrical fixtures, capentry, drywall, painting and flooring. (Have your own tools, but we will supply tools also)

2. The "Face of the Company": You are our primary point of contact with tenants. You must communicate professionally, explain repairs clearly, and maintain a respectful presence in residents' homes.

3. Unit Turnovers: Efficiently prep vacant units (Residential & Commercial) for new occupants to our high company standards.

4. Field Documentation: Use of FieldPulse to track your route, update job statues in real-time, and provide "Before & After" photos and notes for each task.

Requirements

1. Broad Skillset: Solid baseline experience in general manual labor and home repairs.

2. Service-First Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills; able to handle tenant interactions with patience and professionalism.

3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps to manage a daily workflow.

4. Willingness to Learn: We have specialist technicians on staff; you should be eager to assist and grow your "elite" skills in specific trades.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (Weekend/OT available)

Growth: 90-day probationary period followed by Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.
