Job description

**Role Overview**

Neuberger Berman is hiring a Senior Credit Research Analyst to join its Global Investment Grade Credit Research team — 15 Investment Grade Research Analysts across the US and EMEA supporting a platform that manages over $70 billion in assets. The role reports to the Director of Research for Global Investment Grade Credit and supports Portfolio Managers based in Chicago, London, Paris, and Milan.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Independently research credit fundamentals and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors
  • Analyze financial statements, business risk, market technicals, and relative value to generate actionable corporate bond recommendations
  • Work with senior analysts and Portfolio Managers on buy/sell/hold recommendations
  • Perform investment strategy analysis across multiple industrial sectors
  • Develop industry frameworks and credit reviews for presentation to Portfolio Management
  • Collaborate on macro factor and market dynamics analysis with implications for investment strategy
**Qualifications**
  • Minimum seven years of corporate credit research experience across multiple non-financial industries
  • Formal credit training and/or fixed income markets exposure preferred
  • CFA completion or progress preferred
  • Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
