Senior RPA UIPath Developer

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid Work)

Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to join our team.  As part of the team, you will be supporting our client to operationalize, maintain, and deploy RPA capabilities to drive efficiency and compliance across the enterprise.  RPA developers will be dedicated resources, responsible for O&M, automation Break/Fix and minor enhancements for automations that have deployed to production. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of supporting the operation and maintenance (O&M) of these solutions, swiftly addressing any automation issues that arise, and implementing minor updates to improve performance. Your expertise will also be crucial in managing the lifecycle of RPA source code, including version control and the utilization of internal libraries and code management software, all while upholding stringent security protocols.
Your proficiency in RPA development, specifically within the UiPath environment, will be the cornerstone of your success in this role. With at least five years of experience under your belt, you have a solid foundation and a demonstrable history of delivering comprehensive RPA projects on a large scale. Your credentials are further solidified by your UiPath RPA Developer Certification, which is a testament to your deep understanding of the platform and your ability to craft robust automation solutions. Familiarity with best practices in code management and version control systems will be advantageous, as these tools are integral to maintaining the integrity and security of the automation solutions you will be working on.

Requirements

Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in large-scale projects.
UiPath RPA Developer Certification
Education:  
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related UiPath modules.
Strong skills in programming languages like C#, 
VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, ICR/OCR tools, APIs, and document processing technologies.
Experience integrating applications including ERP through automated workflow using UiPath modules.
Experience with various development methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly Agile, DevOps, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)/Jenkins.
UiPath AI center/Document understanding certification is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
