WALK-IN WEDNESDAY

Job Functions:
  • Work in a clandestine environment and observe activities through closed-circuit television.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the Illinois Gaming Board regulations and ensures that these regulations are adhered to.
  • Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner.
  • Consistently monitors all areas within camera view throughout the property.
  • Proactively keeps up to date with any known cheats and undesirables to keep them off property.
  • Provide immediate notification to supervision upon detection of any illegal activity.
  • Know the procedures of all other departments involved in the handling of company assets and ensure these procedures are adhered to.
  • Complete all reports in a timely fashion with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Testify in court as required.
  • Ensure the integrity of the department is not compromised.
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Must be a team player cooperating with employees within the department, and with other departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good computer skills preferred.
  • Surveillance experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and writing skills.
  • Must be able to work in pressure situations and be self-motivated.
  • Must possess sound and mature judgment.
  • Above average organizational/planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
  • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
