Job description

The Customer Service position supports operational sales & check-in. Daily operational tasks include checking in guests, assisting with inventory in the retail shops, and assisting the management team with day-to-day tasks. Work shifts range from 9 am-8 pm, 5 days a week, 30-40 hours weekly until Labor Day.

The Driver, Tunnel Guard, and River staff will help coordinate outside operations by shuttling guests, assisting guests with rental equipment, staging and inspecting equipment, assisting guests out of the river, and following all safety protocols. Drivers must have a clean record and a valid license. Work shifts range from 9 am-8 pm, 5 days a week, 30-40 hours weekly until Labor Day.
