Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Legal Assistant in its Minneapolis office. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced civil litigation defense firm. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities include supporting attorneys, working with paralegals and other staff, opening matters, reviewing case material, filing in state and federal court, organizing files, submitting expense reports, handling mail, docket/calendar, and other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:

  • Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in filing in state and federal court, including Odyssey and PACER.
  • Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus.
